Charge & Transfer Behavior: EOP21 toner must take the correct electrical charge in the developer / photoconductor system so that it transfers cleanly to the paper.
• Fusing / Adhesion: The binder must melt/soften under the fuser’s heat/pressure and then solidify to permanently adhere to the paper.
• Print Quality: Good performance means solid density, sharp edges, minimal background noise (fog), no stray toner, no ghosting, and consistent output.
• Model / Machine Matching: Before using, one must ensure that the EOP21 powder variant matches the target machine’s fuser temperature and developer / drum electrical specs. Many listings specifically name supported models. 
• Refill / Aftermarket Use: EOP21 is often used for refilling toner cartridges or bulk filling in machines. It competes with OEM toner as a cost-effective alternative.

•Compatibility: Must match the printer’s developer / drum / fuser parameters. A “2040” type toner powder is intended for machines in the 2040 / P2040 / M2040 family.
•Print Quality: Good toner yields solid black prints, clean edges, low background / “fog,” no stray toner contamination, and consistent density.
•Efficiency & Yield: Depends on how much toner is used per page (i.e. coverage) and how well the transfer + fusing process works.
•Fusing / Adhesion: The resin must melt under fuser conditions and adhere firmly, yet not smudge or peel off.
•Charge / Transfer Efficiency: The toner must accept and maintain the designed electrostatic charge for proper adherence to the latent image and then effective transfer to paper.
